Quiet, family type, neighborhood.
Beautiful huge SALT WATER pool, with huge spa easily seats 8+. POOL IS NOT HEATED. SPA IS HEATED.

The space
Family vacation home, ready to rent to nice people that appreciate we still need this home to last for many years, and would love to have return guests that love it like we do.
Garage access is available but cameras remain on.
Other things to note
Propane is used for all outside amenities.. spa, pool, fire pit, bbq.
The pool is NOT to be heated.

Propane over use is an extra charge (mire than 4 hours used per day). The beginning of your stay you will get a itemized list showing tank level, then again at checkout. You pay for propane if over used about the four hours use. It’s not expensive, but if renters overuse to heat pool or spa all day, etc. it will be. we get detailed hourly propane use on an app that we will show you. You can pay propane company direct if you like.
