"Property was poorly staffed & desperately needs maintenance or complete rehab. Requested/scheduled room to be cleaned for 3rd day into our trip - came back late that night - it hadn't been done. Another worker stated they didn't even have cleaning people that day. Asked for more towels- was offered 2 & said they were out and I could use pool towels... Keys deactivated after 2nd day - went back to counter for new key - randomly put it in a door on the way back to our room -surprisingly it opened a completely different room so we quickly closed the door but it also worked in our room -Horrifying - Sink faucet leaked so bad it was running behind counter and dripping onto floor. No hot water first night - sporadic remainder of trip. Tub spout looked as if it was going to fall off. Room never got cleaned. Very poor condition. "

"Room was very spacious. The TV systems could use a massive update. Road noise was a bit much but the blackout room helped w/ that. "

"What a great stay. Super clean, and a lot of extras for a great price. I always come here once a year when I have to come out for the VW event and I always love staying at this hotel."

"Location is good and easy to get to. The staff are very nice and helpful. Clean rooms, cozy, with some space. The beds are a bit firm for me but it was sufficient. They felt like spring mattresses and the breakfast seem to be packaged microwaved eggs, sausage, and bacon, but those are my only complaints of the property and just my opinion. Great Hotel!!!"

"Staff at restaurant were unable to function. After 45 minutes, we were told to go to the bar and get our own beers. The waitress said she forgot to put in the order. I requested a call from the manager today. She was a sweet person but was new and hadn't received enough training"

"Asked for rooms next ro each other when booking. The rooms weren't close at all, reserved 2 queen bed rooms and one was king had to go get it changed. No pool towels and not enough towels in room"
