During the fall season, the area is absolutely gorgeous with all the beautiful foliage. In the winter, the frozen lake allows for ice fishing, post-cards like winter views and cozy, relaxing time by the wood stove.

The house is newly renovated and is centrally located. It is close to everything; Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, restaurants, hikes, and antique shops. The hamlets of Narrowsburg, Callicoon and the village of Jeffersonville are all a few minutes away. It is perfect for those seeking a serene, sophisticated escape with a balanced blend of nature, culture, and charm.

The house features three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen stocked with everything, two dining areas and a beautiful living room with a wood stove, and endless views of the lake from everywhere.
