The good: the room as clean; the afternoon/evening staff was very pleasant and helpful; and it was quiet and night so I got very good sleep. The bad: at check-in, I did not have an iron for my shirts, but the receptionist retrieved one for me; the living room remote did not work and the bedroom T.V. did not receive signal during my 3rd day; I told the morning clerk on Wednesday about the remote issue, she said someone would check it, but no one did...the afternoon clerk helped to get the remotes taken care of promptly; I saw the same clerk at check-in and check-out and she was courteous and helped me throughout the process.

On the positive side, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were welcoming and attentive, which made check-in and any interactions pleasant. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety to start the day. However, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The carpets appeared very worn and unclean, which gave the space a neglected feel. The mattress in my room was uncomfortable—lumpy and uneven—making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The most concerning issue was finding a roach in my room (217) the night before checkout. This was very unsettling and, unfortunately, overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of my stay. I did report this to the front desk and hope it is addressed promptly. While the staff and service were commendable, the condition of the hotel and cleanliness issues need significant improvement.

Nice relaxing vacation

It was very nice staying here. My kids enjoyed it. The staff was awesome. Very friendly. The breakfast they offered was awesome variety of different types of food. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The stay was OK until i woke up itching and having red bumps over my body. I was itching all night. My back is eating up the most. I'm pretty sure it's bed bugs. The bed was loud when you move and very uncomfortable .I mean very disappointing. The staff were friendly and all. I know that i won't stay there again because of me getting bit up

Excellent Stay in Lake Jackson!!!

Jessica was amazing and super helpful with a great personality. Rooms were nice and really clean. To be clear this review is for the Courtyard by Marriott Lake Jackson. TownePlace Suites overbooked and could not keep my reservation but Hotels.com did an wonderful job of make the change and booking me a new upgraded hotel with no additional cost. Thank you Hotels.com

Easy checkin, staff was friendly. first room was damp and smelled. Second room was as super comfy and nice King suite. Staff fixed issue quickly and got a great nights sleep!! Nice place if stopping or here for a few nights. Lil older but felt safe and slept well

Amazing staff

Service was great. Jori at the front desk was super helpful. How original room the TV was not working, she immediately moved us and was very apologetic. The rest of our stay was quiet and the room was very clean. Will stay again.
