  • Nestled on North Lake Leelanau, the Neeb cottage is a fantastic rustic retreat for those who appreciate Northern Michigan. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with one and an half baths plus an outdoor shower, this welcoming property offers a cozy living room with an additional sofa bed. Set on 175 feet of lake frontage the the lot offers great privacy with an expansive view. The property has a 30 foot dock for easy boat parking and the views up the lake are breathtaking. The sandy bottomed shore makes for a welcoming dip. Centrally located in Leelanau county the address is a five minute drive to Leland or a 15 minute boat ride there and a half hour to the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the area, this pleasant cottage provides the perfect quiet home base for your getaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
