Each condo comes with dining and living areas to congregate, various games, and more.
Bring your boat: There's a boat launch on the same road within a 1-minute walk and ample trailer space to park your trailer while the boat is in or out of the water.

Note: This building has 2 sets of stairs in each condo.
Access to the unit requires climbing a significant number of stairs. Guests should be prepared for stair use, as the building is not equipped with an elevator.
