We followed their recommendations and were quite pleased. Love the stand of mature ponderosa pines out the front door. View from the deck of the whole valley is special. Faces east so is really nice at dawn over the mountains. Thanks so much."

"The description doesn't adequately describe this unique property. On a warm summer day, you can play basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, plus bike and BBQ while enjoying the park-like yard. This place is a real gem. Loved it. I've rented dozens of short-term rentals for work retreats. The King Cooper Mountain Mansion was among the top 3 ever. The house is immaculate. So much effort must have gone into restoration of this mansion."
