"We loved our stay! The house is incredibly well-stocked and we were so glad to have the beach chairs. The window a/c units and fans did a great job of keeping us cool once we got them going. (First few minutes were toasty.) Our group had a second house where we also spent a lot of time, so we didn't use the hot tub or hammocks but would definitely have put them to use if we'd been there more! Communication was amazing and Patricia was so helpful! I'm ready to move to the area now. :)"

"What a treat it was to stay at this charming cottage! A beautifully decorated, oh so clean home with everything you could need. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days. The location was great for exploring nearby towns. The beach was spacious, clean and never felt crowded. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! "I was concerned that the pictures of the small farm house couldn't possibly equal all the space inside the property - but it did! As promised, the house is wonderful for big families - we had five babies/toddlers under 3 and 91 year-old Granny - because there is space for all. (Including the one family member who wanted to sleep In his tent.)The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. We had one small issue and it was dealt with within the hour by the property manager. The only downside was that he house made things so easy we didn't prioritize spend time in Three Oaks and at the beach in Lakeside."

"This is a lovely home with plenty of room for everyone. The couch bed and futons were very comfortable. The pool area is probably one of the nicest we’ve rented so far. The landscaping is perfect. A good time was had by all."

"Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house is on a gravel road surrounded by large trees, and we saw deer and turkeys wandering around daily. The home was spacious and fit our family of five well. Beds were comfy, though pillows were very worn and lumpy. The house has a musty smell but the humidifier in the main area helped with that and we didn’t even notice it once we had that on. Our main issue was that the house lacked window treatments. The bedrooms all had skylights with no coverings. It was great to see the stars while laying in bed, but mornings were bright. We all brought eye masks as a previous guest mentioned that, but our kids were not able to sleep past sunrise. The main room also lacked window treatments, so we felt pretty exposed at night. Kitchen is pretty stocked, but seemed to be missing some essentials, there was only 1 smaller plastic cup for our children, so we bought paper cups for them to use for meals. There also was no baking or pizza trays for the oven. We loved being able to walk to the Harbert Community Park and Louisa Bakery from our house. We spent the majority of our time at Harbert Beach, the closest beach to the house, about a mile away, 4 minute drive. It was always easy to park and the beach was never really crowded. Overall we had a great time and Harbert was fun getaway for our family to relax and unwind for our last week of summer. Thank you!"
