"Just realize the front is on the main street and the back is close to the railroad which is very active. Trains run 24/7. Very noisy. Clean and cute."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Seligman, AZ!! The house had spacious common areas: living room, dining, kitchen, bathroom. The bedrooms were comfortable and had big closets. The location was just off a Main Street with lots of shops, restaurants and photo ops. The only thing we had a hard time with was in the kitchen. There was plenty of dishwear available but no baking sheet for the oven. Overall, super happy with our stay!"

"Property is as advertised. Looked to be very kid friendly (we didn’t bring ours), with playground equipment. Our unit was well equipped, sans a bathroom (or any plumbing). But again, is as advertised. Hosts are readily communicative, friendly, and helpful."

"This place was so special and amazing . I’ll never forget it . Arizona and Susie and Donovan were all so wonderful. It was beyond my expectations . So blessed to have such a wonderful experience . And Arizona was not onluY an amazing host and just wonderful human being . But he made us a slammin ibreakfast that was over the top . Would definitely want to come back here ."
