ANCHOR’S DOWN CONDO-SMALL COMPLEX LAKE VIEW NEXT TO BAGNELL STRIP

  • Great Condo has views overlooking a marina, just blocks from Historical Bagnell Dam Strip. Anchor's Down Unit #4 is a 2 bedroom/1bath condo unit that has a beachy/tropical vibe. We allow for only 2 guests. Close to all the lake has to offer, 1/2 mile to Woods Grocery/Liquor, even walking distance to many shops, bar & grills and entertainment.

    WE STRIVE TO BE A QUIETER LAKE GETAWAY. HOUSE RULES; NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM, and no outside music on the decks or patios. If you are coming to party at the Lake, please do not book here. If you are looking for a great small complex that still has everything nearby, this is it! We have the luxury of having a small oasis of land tucked in between the excitement of Lake Ozark.

    This 800 sq. ft unit boasts a full size kitchen complete with everything you need to cook your own meals (but why would you with all the near by restaurants?). Also a lakeside patio.

    Unit 4 is part of a small 4 unit complex on a private 5 acre parcel right in the city limits of Lake Ozark! There are many deer that roam the property, They are all offspring of "Little Mama", that was an injured doe that we fed while she was recovering from an injury. You will see them wondering the property waiting for feeding time. They love crackers and peanut butter!

    You can be assured you will have an exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fun stay.

Great Getaway

Very clean and nicely decorated! Very quiet and private location yet still walking distance to Bagnell Dam and all the shopping and restaurants. We saw deer every morning on the property and enjoyed the view of the lake from the deck. We would stay again.

Great Low-Key Weekend Getaway

Excellent 4 unit building recently renovated by professionals with excellent attention to detail. It's a great place to get away and be somewhat secluded while still next to the main road. We've stayed here several times in the last three years. It has always been clean and ready on time. It's close to Bagnell Damn, but in a very secluded spot with plenty of wildlife to make your stay perfect. Pam and Dave are the perfect hosts. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Incredible place!

What a wonderful place to enjoy the lake. We loved the location for the Shootout street party and easy access to main roads. It is a beautiful location with views of the lake & the deer family that live there. It was so relaxing to watch how comfortable the deer were. The home is beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all great amenities. We loved having the grill available. We will definitely keep this as a place to return to.

Great Hidden Gem!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Everything was very clean, and the host had lots of things in stock that might often be forgotten on a trip. Check-in was a breeze; we even got there a little early, and everything was perfect! Check-out was also very easy. We had everything we needed to complete Check-out, but it was short, sweet, and easy! There was no lake access at this property, but everything is just a short drive away, so it was perfect. The deer were absolutely amazing to watch and the baby fawn and I enjoyed a peaceful morning coffee together to make our last day even more memorable. It was quiet, homey, and peaceful, I was a little sad we had to leave, but we will definitely be staying again on our next trip

absolutely amazing

After driving about 5.5 hours from Wichita, we arrived at our condo. I will say that more specific info could have been given as we spent awhile finding our building. However, once there, we were totally delighted with the accommodations. It was perfect for my cousin and I. We absolutely felt it was like a home away from home. My cousin even said "I could live here". It was great. I want to stay there again if I can make another trip there. The lake is beautiful. I had seen it a couple times before, but this time was just gorgeous. Thanks to the property manager who answered my questions before hand and recommended this unit (no stairs). Home now, but so glad I was there.
