  • Welcome to our lil lake pad. Located off Horseshoe Bend at Southwood Shores Resorts a gated community. Conveniently located within miles of the best restaurants, golf and winery. Within walking distance to one of the lakes best pubs, The Office Neighborhood Pub. Also within walking distance to a convenience store with deli, groceries, a great selection of beverages, and souvenirs. Amenities include a large point pool on the lake, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis, basketball, and playground. We just updated our condo and it is comfortable and clean, we have a Keurig in kitchen, TVs in all rooms with Roku and cable, and a beautiful view from our deck, especially at night. Conveniently just four steps up from parking. Ready to ensure your stay at the lake is memorable.

Fourth of July weekend

Loved the condo for our little family get away. The view was beautiful yet could have been clearer.Perfect ambiance for a lazy-rainy Saturday. Our daughter (age 4) peacefully slept in the spare bedroom by herself through the whole night! The beds are extremely comfortable. The showers looked clean. The adults did not take an actual shower due to the hot water smelling of rotten eggs. (Sewer problems.) So we just used cold water and get what we could. HahahaWe would stay there again.

Wonderful condo, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Balcony view is beautiful. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Very clean, perfect for 4 adults. Close to everything. Looks exactly like it does in the posting. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and overall just perfect for me, hubby, sister & brother-in-law. The location was perfect for our purpose… especially enjoying having a grocery store, winery, restaurants/bars and entertainment so close. The hot tub and pool were another bonus. Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo with huge living room and balcony

This is a lovely property. Both beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy morning coffee. Did not have the opportunity to use the indoor pool or hot tub, but sat down by the outdoor pool, which was right on the lake. Plenty of chairs and shady areas if you don’t want the sun. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway

Very clean condo, exactly as advertised. Location was quiet (but we stayed in the off season, I imagine it’s very busy and bustling in the summer) but close to lots of shops and restaurants. Comfy king size bed in the master bedroom. Community indoor hot tub and pool is very close to this unit. As an FYI, this is a middle unit, so you could have neighbors above and below - we had no problem with that though. The complex has a nice walking path near the water and we saw lots of wildlife in the shallows. Owner was accessible by phone and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Centrally located building.

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was tidy and there was Keurig cups in a container for us. Our condo was centrally located compared to my siblings. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and the lake. I think we would have been bored if we had not rented a boat. There were the typical souvenir shops nearby. There was also a TJ MAX and putt putt within 20 minutes. We loved hanging out with my family. We went caving and had enough tasks for everybody with the boat rental.
