About this property

Million Dollar Ozark Oasis - On the water, walk to restaurants/bars & new dock!

  • Million dollar home with million dollar views on the water, with your very own oversized private dock and swim platform! The home offers amazing views of the sunset and multiple decks to enjoy the views of the lake at any time. We are 5 minute walking distance to the bars and restaurants within Camden on the Lake, H. Toads, Shady Gators, and Lazy Gators! It is also a short, easy drive to both Four Seasons golf courses, shopping, and other attractions on 'the Strip'
    We have all kitchenware that you will need for you stay plus seasonings/condiments and much more. The house also comes with a full surround sound Sonos setup on the main floor, a home office for any working needs, and plenty of fun board games for your family & friends.
    Outside, there is a propane Weber grill & private Jacuzzi on the first floor deck overlooking the main channel. We have lily pads, two kayaks plus jumping & swim platforms ready for use on the dock. As well as a brand-new tiki bar!

    PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.
    The NUMBER OF OCCUPANCIES:
    10 people occupancy maximum.
    If you have more than the maximum people allowed staying at the house without advance request and payment, you will forfeit your deposit.
    Please, keep in mind our home means a lot to us and we would like you to treat it with respect. Therefore, we do NOT allow bachelor, bachelorette, or parties of any kind. We also do not allow smoking, vaping, or drugs inside or on the property.
    PETS:
    We do not allow pets on the property, if pets are brought on the property, you will forfeit your deposit.
    WATERCRAFT:
    Guests are not allowed to use or climb onto the PWC or boat slips. If guests bring their own boats, they must be properly moored to the North side of the dock, opposite of the swim platform. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that boats are tied appropriately and that proper bumpers/fenders are used to ensure that there is NO contact between the dock and the boat at any time. Guests will be responsible for all damage.
    JACUZZI:
    Please keep hot tub covered at all times when not in use. Cover can be folded once, then again to rest vertically on the bar when using. Please do not pull the entire cover off of the unit. It is made to rest on the bar on side of unit. Keep cleaning device in tub when not using. Refer to pictures for opening instructions if needed.
    SECUIRTY:
    To ensure safety of all guests and to protect the owner, there is 24 hour surveillance monitoring on all areas OUTSIDE of the property.

Fabulous Family Vacay!

We celebrated a milestone birthday with a family trip to one of our favorite places and it was wonderful! The house provided all of the space we needed for our big family and having the private dock was exactly our vibe. Being so close to boat rentals and restaurants was so convenient and the sunsets from the decks were stunning! JJ was very responsive and a wonderful host! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fantastic retreat!

Great family getaway!

We were in awe the moment we pulled up to the property. Looking out over the lake from one of the three levels was more than we expected. The rooms were all great sizes and very clean. Plenty of room for our family and more if we wanted to bring guests next trip. The dock was huge and a great spot to fish and swim from. The house is located next to so many restaurants and grocery stores, getting around was easy. If you’re looking for a home on the lake, look no further as this one has everything you’ll need and more!

A weekend escape

This home had everything that my friends and I needed for our trip to the Ozarks! The host was great, super easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. We had a great view of the lake from the multi-story balcony and the property is within walking distance to the Shady Gator. The house was stocked with all of the amenities we needed, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I would definitely rent from JJ again when I make it back to the Ozarks!

Nice property with great amenities

They property is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to entertain, cook, and enjoy. I was able to slip my boat next to the boat garage but the bay does get rough from all the boat traffic during the day. It was not a problem because we were in the lake all day before the bay got too rough and it was nice and calm during the evening and morning. It was a great experience and an all around good time with nice parking amenities in front of the house.

Was looking for a quick family getaway before the holidays and the house did not disappoint! The host, JJ, was very responsive, ensuring a seamless experience - checkin was super easy. The house was very clean, with plenty of room for the family. Great location close to local bars & restaurants when we didn’t want to cook ourselves. Didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities because it was a little chilly when we visited but that was to be expected going in the winter - but the dock looked like a great spot to relax in the warmer months. Great Escape

We just had the most amazing weekend at this stunning lake house! I'm still on a high from the breathtaking views and total seclusion. it was the perfect getaway for after the holiday, located at the end of the cul de sac, it felt like we were the only ones there! The interiors were gorgeous too - the kitchen was a dream, fully loaded with everything we needed to cook up a storm and the rest of the house was clearly recently renovated as well. Everything was so open and clean. The kids were in heaven and have already asked if we can come back in the summer so we can spend more time on the dock, they absolutely loved hanging out there though it was too cold to swim. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise. Thank you for having us!

Lake House Retreat

Booked this lake house for a winter retreat allowing me to escape the city, which I desperately needed. The property itself was absolutely stunning, and the pictures I had seen prior to my visit did not accurately capture the breathtaking view. There were multiple views from each deck. I honestly had a hard time deciding where to hang out each day since the weather was fairly warm and the views were equally great from all areas. It surpassed all of my expectations and provided everything I needed, with the host going above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. The cherry on top was the home office setup with an incredible view, making my experience even more enjoyable. I cannot wait to return in the summer. WOW!

Was able to reserve this gorgeous lake home for the week of Thanksgiving and so glad we did. This appeared to be a newer listing so we were a bit skeptical at first but once we walked in, we quickly realized how lucky we were to have found it. Open & airy kitchen for our thanksgiving day feast with the best view I’ve ever seen at the lake overlooking the main channel. It was a nice warm day so plenty of boats to see going by. Everything from the common areas to the bathrooms seemed to be newly updated and it was a bonus to have fireplaces in both family rooms which we did use. Everything was stocked from kitchenware to condiments to bathroom supplies which was a big help considering we did not have much time to run around before Thanksgiving. When we had an internet issue, JJ responded immediately and let us know about the outage in the area and as soon as it was restored he was the first to call. Seeing the dock was a bit of a tease since we could not swim this time of year but already booked to come back in the summer and we cannot wait. 10/10

Lake Trip 2024

Our group of 4 couples enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedroom set up was great for our group. Very spacious but felt the living areas could have used some additional seating (ex: additional couch or love seat instead of just one couch). The cushions on the outdoor furniture were pretty dirty, but I guess that is expected when someone isn’t there to put the cushions away after each use. The dock was large and had amenities as noted. However, the water in this area was very choppy. We were able to sit in the water on floats and rafts but beware that it does feel like you are in an ocean rather than lake with the waves. There were a lot of bugs that made their way into the house just from opening the door to enter and exit. We did not leave the doors open for extended periods but still had small mosquito like insects all over the kitchen and living area. They did not seem to be mosquitos and didn’t fly around. Just seemed to come in and end up on the counters and floors. Four days after our stay, the property owner contacted me noting that there were issues left behind from our group. We did have to go back and forth quite a bit to remedy this as we did not agree with the initial charges. In the end, we were able to settle the incidentals but would suggest doing a thorough walk through at check in and check out to note anything that is already missing/not working properly.
