Can’t wait to be back at the lake

The condo was exactly as advertised. Great view. Plenty of space for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The unit is located near the elevator which is very handy when coming and going. The Keurig machine was a nice touch.

Perfect spot and beautiful views!

The listing was accurate and beds comfortable! Be sure to bring salt, pepper, etc if you plan on cooking. The pool is strange to get to, so directions might be helpful. The views are beautiful and it’s a quiet and safe complex. We loved it!!

Overall, we had a great time. The condo is in a great, convenient location with awesome views of the lake. The kids enjoyed the pools. The owner is a pleasure to work with. The only issue we had was the condo cleanliness was not up to par. The floors were dirty and sticky, the bathrooms had hair in the shower and the wash clothes had a musty smell and one had make-up on it. We had to re-wash several dishes for our dinner after we checked-in. I contacted the property management company and it took them 15 hours to respond. They did send someone right away to resolve the issues. I ended up washing all the towels and dishes, so hopefully left it cleaner for the next guests.

Evolve needs to step up their game

When we arrived all of the rugs were rolled up and on the furniture and countertops. When I unrolled them, most were dirty. The bottom sealant on the refrigerator was half on the floor. There were rags still in the washer. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. And, there were stains on the comforter in the main bedroom. I'm not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for.

There were 5 of us that stayed, we all had our own rooms and there was plenty of room for everyone even on the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Area

The property was great and the photos posted looked like the unit. Was great that it had almost everything we needed. That was a nice surprise. We loved our stay except for the cleanliness. The cleanliness gets a 1 star. Such a shame you are paying for such a sloppy cleaning service. Also Keurig did not work but fortunately there was a second pot. Just had to go buy ground coffee for it.
