THE GREAT ROOM
Step through the front door and you're welcomed into the heart of Wye Knot—a bright, open great room with vaulted ceilings and windows that draw your attention straight down the cove.

Sink into the incredibly soft sectional or claim one of the modern swivel barrel chairs and settle in. Watch your favorite show on the 55-inch Smart TV, enjoy your morning coffee with a view, or simply relax after a full day on the Lake.

The living and dining areas share this open gathering space, with a large dining table that gives everyone plenty of room for family meals, cards, puzzles and game nights.

It's comfortable, casual and designed for exactly what a Lake house should be—spending time together.

A GAME ROOM EVERYONE WILL LOVE
Wye Knot isn't just a place to sleep between Lake days. There's an entire room dedicated to fun.

The garage has been transformed into a spacious game room featuring a new pool table, shuffleboard, Ms. Pac-Man, poker table, darts, ring toss, bar-style seating and a 55-inch Smart TV.
Start a pool or shuffleboard tournament, test your Pac-Man skills, throw a few darts, gather around the poker table, or settle in to watch the game. It's a great space for evenings, rainy afternoons or whenever you need a break from the sun.

A sliding glass door leads directly from the game room to the side deck, making it easy to move between indoor fun and outdoor Lake living.

SCREENED PATIO, SUNSETS & OUTDOOR LIVING
The large screened-in patio overlooking the cove may quickly become everyone's favorite spot at Wye Knot.

Start your morning with coffee and a quiet view of the water. Gather around the glass-top outdoor dining table for lunch, dinner or another round of cards. Relax in one of the rocking-style chairs, or curl up together in the hanging pod-style seat for two.

Then, as the day winds down, grab your favorite drink and settle in for the show. The sunsets here are truly spectacular, filling the sky over the cove with color and creating the perfect backdrop for ending another day at the Lake.

Just off the game room, the side deck offers another place to enjoy the water. Stretch out on a lounger, soak up a little sunshine and watch the activity in the cove, or fire up the large outdoor BBQ grill for an easy afternoon cookout.

Best of all, the Lake is right in your backyard. Bring your floats, take a swim, toss a fishing line in the water, or simply spend the afternoon relaxing by the cove. Whether you want to make a splash or just sit back and enjoy the view, Lake time starts right outside your door.

THREE BEDROOMS DESIGNED FOR COMFORT
After a full day at the Lake, everyone has a comfortable place of their own to recharge.

All three bedrooms have been refreshed with new lake-inspired bedding and fresh linens, and each bedroom offers its own Smart TV, closet, bedside table and convenient phone charging.

THE FAMILY/BUNK ROOM
Perfect for families traveling together, this spacious room features queen-over-queen bunk beds plus an additional bed with a pull-out trundle.

The blue-and-white striped bedding with touches of red carries the nautical feel into the room, while an adjoining private full bathroom adds convenience and privacy. A Smart TV, closet, bedside conveniences and phone charging complete the space.

THE KING BEDROOM
Settle into a comfortable king-size bed dressed in fresh linens and crisp blue-and-white bedding. This room also includes its own Smart TV, closet, bedside tables and convenient phone charging.

The King Bedroom shares the home's second full bathroom, conveniently located just off the hallway.

THE QUEEN BEDROOM
The third bedroom features a queen-size bed with fresh blue-and-white bedding and the same thoughtful touches found throughout the home, including its own Smart TV, closet, bedside table and convenient phone charging.

The Queen Bedroom also shares the hall/guest full bathroom with the King Bedroom. The bathroom is easily accessible from both bedrooms as well as the home's main living areas.

A KITCHEN READY FOR YOUR STAY
The galley kitchen is compact, functional and well equipped with what you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.
Along with full-size appliances, cookware and everyday kitchen essentials, you'll find an air fryer and blender for everything from quick snacks to frozen Lake-day drinks.

Coffee drinkers have options too, with both a traditional drip coffee maker and a pod-style brewer.

With the large dining table right in the great room, it's easy to keep meals casual and everyone together.

PET FRIENDLY
We know a Lake vacation is even better when the whole family can come along. Wye Knot welcomes dogs, so your four-legged family member doesn't have to miss the fun.

SO MUCH TO DO — IF YOU CAN PULL YOURSELF AWAY
Wye Knot's location at the 8 Mile Marker gives you a peaceful cove setting while keeping you close to everything that makes Lake of the Ozarks such a fun destination.

Spend the day boating, golfing, playing miniature golf, exploring area caves or visiting local wineries. Discover waterfront restaurants by boat, or head toward Bagnell Dam and the historic Strip for dining, shopping and classic Lake of the Ozarks entertainment.

There's also plenty of parking at the home, making Wye Knot especially convenient for families and groups arriving in multiple vehicles.

Of course, you may find you don't need to go anywhere at all.

PET POLICY
We love that you're bringing your furry friend! To keep Wye Knot enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
Two dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the required pet fee. Dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking and kept on a leash when outside the home. Please do not leave your dog unattended or allow excessive barking.

Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Additional cleaning charges may apply if pet waste is left behind or additional cleaning is required.

Pit Bulls are not permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee.

Thank you for helping us keep Wye Knot clean, comfortable and pet-friendly for future guests.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide complimentary coffee—both pod and ground, regular and decaf—along with sugar and creamer. We also provide basic seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt and olive oil, ensuring you have what you need to prepare meals during your stay.

And of course, we've got your personal care covered with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a selection of bonus toiletries, laundry soap and beach towels. Pack light and enjoy the convenience of our thoughtfully stocked amenities!

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home or game room. A minimum fee of $500 will be applied for violations.
