It was the perfect up to date, modern, clean hotel room, right in the middle of Main Street. Very comfortable queen bed, very nice shower. Very easy, convenient , no hassle valet parking. I would come back here again and I would highly recommend it to other people. It was a great stay, great experience.

This place thrives on location being in the heart of Lake Placid and wonderful rooms. We had an issue with parking as the valet lot was full. They only had one working elevator, which are already slow and small and shared with the staff. We did find a "secret" elevator used to access the roof top bar. This looks to be a service elevator but it was quicker than the hotel elevator. The staff was ok, reminded me more of the back up team. Not what you expect from a Portfolio hotel at the price they can command.

This hotel is well maintained and very clean. Any staff we encountered, including a manager were more than helpful and very professional. The only criticism I could possibly think of is the lack of parking. Why there is valet parking there is no parking on than that. We had to park at the municipal parkingdown the street and had to move Sunday night as the lot closed

We had an amazing stay at the Adirondack Hotel in June. It is in a perfect location to Mirror Lake and the breakfast is good. The staff was helpful and the bar was also nice for an evening drink. The bed was a too soft for my husband’s needs, but nice other then that.

Overall a very good 2-day stay. Check‐in was ok. The elevators were out of order. So we had to use the service elevators. But the check-in itself was very easy. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to provide great service. We had a room on Main street. So it was a bit noise, especially when the garbage truck picked up garbage. I suggest trying to get a room on the parking lot side. The location was great- near everything!

Beautiful, clean hotel in the heart of Lake Placid. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Also great to have a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Will use this hotel again when we come back.

Me and my dog had such a wonderful stay and loved the location right on the Main Street in lake placid. Beautiful views of mirror lake from our room, pet friendly, valet service, complimentary coffee during day and comfortable peaceful stay here.
