"Everything was clean, staff extremely friendly "

"We had booked a king room in advance of our stay, but when we arrived were told no kings left so had to take 2 queen. It was very cramped because of my husband's walker. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. If you're planning on being able to stay without having to leave the place to eat be sure to go only on weekends. There was only one restaurant open for the evening meal. Over all we were quite disappointed."

"The property was great. Our room was very quiet, clean and nice set-up. The breakfast was very tasteful. A mixture of hot and cold food. We will definitely stay there again."

"The staff was great. Breakfast was good and had dietary options. Room was clean. Parking was close by and safe. Great location for my stay in Lake Charles. "

"Room was not the greatest needed a bit more cleaning. Sheets were stained and pillows were hard. Staff was okay but could use a little more professionalism. "

"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."

"This is one of the newer properties so everything was clean and modern and fresh. Slight complaint is it's close to major roadways, so you'll hear typical road noises of cars driving. Also, they are building a new hotel beside it and there is a lot of construction noise. "
