"Lovely duplex in a great location. Everything was so close, shopping, lake, and freeway access. We really enjoyed using the picnic table in the private backyard. We have stayed at other VRBOs and this had the best beds ever! We slept great after a full day."

"First of all, we’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, and this one may have been the best ever! Unlike many rentals where the furniture and fixtures are as cheap as possible, this one has character and quality unlike anything we’ve stayed in before. It’s clear that the hosts care about the property and actually put thought into a making it a great property for families! The hosts were communicative and the check in process was smooth and easy. It was very clean, and the hosts provided plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry detergent to allow us to maintain that cleanliness (stayed for a week). There were an abundance of towels and wash cloths which was great, and the cookware was good quality. The property itself is well maintained and the front yard is fenced in which is great for smaller children. There were fans in every closet, which was a nice touch, and a bunk bed in one of the time which my kids loved. 10/10"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cozy bungalow in Lake Stevens. It was very hot during our visit and Jessee had the air conditioners running upon our arrival so it was wonderful to open the door and feel the cool air!!! The bungalow was well equipped, clean and comfortable for our stay. It is located very close to shopping, grocery stores and gas stations for convenience. We were also close to parks on Lake Stevens where we went swimming and enjoyed the farmers market in the afternoon. All and all a nice place to stay and relax."

"Family friendly. Quit neighborhood, close to town but felt like country. Clean and comfy bedrooms. Living area upstairs great for conversations and down stairs for entertainments. Could have used television in one or two bedrooms. Great stay!!"
