Very clean and nicely updated in ways that matter, ie comfortable bed, linens and tub shower for a motel style room. Quick response from staff, could use a bed cover and wall pics, but perfectly comfortable.

The price and location were good. Close to heavenly village and the lake within walking distance, just a basic motel room though. I will not be returning due to the heaters/furnace units being so LOUD, this was ridiculously loud and woke me up multiple times. It sounded like a loud bang against the wall/floor. The office door even had a sign about the noise being not a concern. The noise also startled me when I was fully awake. There are also no AC units to keep in mind during the summer.

We liked the location, the room was insulated, everything was very clean and comfortable. However, the neighbors were so noisy and you felt like you were in their room with them. We also had a broken thermostat and the larger of the two windows would not open. Everything else about the room was great. It felt safe, clean, and I would stay there again, but make sure we had a room with a working thermostat, less neighbors, and windows that opened.

Walkimg distance easy!

Check in was easy. No one came to cleam our room and the walls were super thin!!! We could hear EVERYTHING!!!! Other than that, walkimg distamce to casinos, restaurants amd lake

Staff was super nice. There was no shower curtain in our bathroom so couldn’t take shower. Also there was an outside light right outside the window that made the room very bright and made sleep difficult. Lots of street noise as well. Also air conditioning did not work. Room was very hot

You get what you pay for

The check in process was basic. The staff member at the front desk was kind and professional. The front desk is not open 24hr. The room was basic. Nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep. The hotel was a close walk to the casinos. The only negative about the room was how dirty the floor was. I had on a pair of white socks the entire time I was in the room. When we left in the morning, I actually just threw the socks away because they were so black on the bottom. If it had not been for the cheap price at the time I booked, I would say I would not stay here again.

Entrance Door With A Big Gap Underneath

The person who did the check in was really pleasant and friendly, however, there wasn’t any technician to fix the heater. And therefore, we had a very cold night. The portable heater, we got from the gentleman whom did the check in, only work for a couple of hours. Also, there is a big gap underneath of the main door. Hence, a lot of cold air comes in making matters we’re. As for the rest of the unit, we have no additional suggestions. And thank you

Our shower soap/shampoo dispensers had fallen off the wall upon arrival and when we reported it to staff, they didn't send anyone to clean it so we had to clean it ourselves. The room itself was average. There was an AC unit, but staff said it had been shut off since it's an "eco friendly" property. Our room was around 80° the whole time. The best quality was the accessible parking and the walkablility to restaurants, retail and casinos. However, it was not worth the price tag and I would not be staying again.
