yes , the room was spotless. But! There was some lighting issues with 1 small light next to the bed that might as well not be there or replaced with a brighter fixture. There was a bathroom door that brushed the front of the toilet to open or close. also, the strike plates for the light switches are black and should be white so u can see them in the dark. Also, the parking lot was not plowed and peep were trying to climb out and hitting other cars. Nightmare.

Did not like the room at all compare to what I paid!! There is no Microwave, No telephone, No Table and chairs, Hair dryer did not work, the charging port next to bed is not working as well, not a safe place, fell on the stair as the hallways light on the stairs did not work, it’s all dark on the stairs, my husband went to grab a first aid box in the office but office is locked tried to called them from my cell phone and they did not answer the phone very poor service and very disappointing regarding the safety of the customer. I would be much appreciated if you can compensate this as I am vip member and didn’t appreciate this from what I paid for this stay.

Overall, a really good experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I originally booked through Expedia but had to cancel due to a severe storm. Expedia declined the refund, but the hotel manager was gracious enough to let me reschedule—huge points for customer service. The hotel itself is super cute with a modern vibe. Pros include a great lobby with excellent coffee and a full bar. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus also looked solid, though we didn’t get a chance to dine there. The location is fantastic—less than a 10-minute walk to Heavenly’s gondola and close to shops and restaurants in a very lively area. The main con was that the room was pretty basic. There was no coffee machine, which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we did receive two free non-alcoholic drink tickets for booking through Expedia, which we used for lattes—and they were delicious. We stayed in Building 6 where the suites are located, so it’s across the street from the lobby and hot tub. Not a huge deal, but I would have preferred being closer to the main amenities. Overall, a solid stay and I would recommend it.

The place I stayed was clean, but the room it was okay, no any tables and chairs, no closet, no microwave, the sink totally separate from the shower room, it's not convenient. Outside around the hotel it's dark, I feel unsafe to walk out. Anyway I like that hotel.
