"I wasn't expecting much for $100 a room but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and all toiletries stocked. Plenty of towels also. The tv had DIRECT TV for service with hundreds of channels to watch. Overall great experience and I will be returning!"

"Seems like there are low income people living there full time. They were loud in the halls after 10 pm making sleep difficult. The cheap plastic toilet seat was broken. Dog poop ieverywhere in the grass outside. "Free Breakfast" was a joke, very minimal. I won't be back."

"Such a fantastic place to stay with all of our team!! Everyone was able to have their own space to gather or have some alone time! Very well equipped with everything you could need and more! We are hoping to stay there again next year!"

"We had a great time staying at the property, everything was freshly cleaned and prepared when we arrived and the hosts were kind and understanding. I think the stand out feature was definitely the hot tub, but even beyond that we enjoyed relaxing inside, watching movies, and walking around the Waterville area which was very scenic. Something to know before booking is that the neighbors properties are very close to the house and although we had no issues with sound carrying there are houses right next door. Overall it made for a great friend get away!"
