Olympion Village
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at the Olympion Village hotel. With the price that we paid we got really great value for money. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. Andreas, the bar man, took great care of us, even making an off-menu ouzo cocktail for us to try. Every time we went past the bar he was talking to someone and always made an effort to greet guests. We were half board and breakfast/dinner was perfect for us. Breakfast had all the hot and cold options you would usually expect, and dinner was a little different every night (both buffet style). During the day food is available to buy at the bar, the club sandwiches were our favourite! The room was great, we paid for an upgraded double room which had a balcony facing the pool and you could see over to the sea as well. The bed looked like two singles put together so it was very spacious. The air conditioning was really good, kept us cool all week. For the most part the room was clean and it was serviced daily, we did notice ants coming from the walls but not the end of the world. The pool was great with plenty of sun beds and parasols available everyday. The edge of the pool where the overflow was looked like it needed a bit of a scrub (black mold/ dirt). Worth bearing in mind that Kavos is a party destination for many, this hotel is away from the action but close enough to walk down to shops and beach during the day. It was very peaceful compared to the main strip. Thank you for a lovely holiday!"

"The room was clean and good for the price. The air conditioning was a little bit weak given how hot it was but not a major problem. The only downsides were that there were quite a few extra charges in terms of evening entertainment, sun beds in the hotel and (refundable) for towels, which all required cash which we didn't have enough of, but staff were lovely and quite flexible. We were half-board and the food was decent."

"The best part about staying at Seafront Apartments (besides being in front of the sea, of course!) is the people and the welcoming, caring, considerate atmosphere everyone creates. It is truly like being a part of the family. Spiros, Kostas and their wives could not be more helpful and charming. You really are right on the sea and anything you need, any question you have, is handled immediately and kindly. There are supermarkets and restaurants aplenty within 5 minutes' walk. I do not have enough loving words to say about everyone at Seafront Apartments. I absolutely loved it there. If you want a giant, modern room, this might not be the right choice for you. BUT, if you want quiet, safe location with caring, delightful, positive people and an amazing view located at the edge of the sea, then I highly recommend Seafront Apartments."

"This is a really beautiful hotel with lovely staff and excellent food. The view was amazing and we loved the DJ sets around the lower pool in the afternoons. We are big fans of Greek food so were in our element at the buffet, which for a smaller all inclusive hotel had an excellent choice. Lots of fresh fruit and salads! We loved all the little extra touches like the steel water bottles at the table, lovely pool towels, little fruit bowls and cold towels served around the pool. We've been coming to this area for 25 years to see friends but really enjoyed being able to stay in this beautiful hotel this time while we did this. Jet2 flights aren't convenient for us so I was delighted to be able to book via Expedia at least for early season. Really hope to return some time soon."
