Hotel was just ok. Unless Expedia is falsely advertising, this was not VIP status and I’ve stayed in plenty hotels with a variety of ranges (from renting hostels to renting villas).
Lighting in room was horrible (not enough to do a proper makeup)
Ventilation smelled of sewage at time
Bathroom was not super clean
However we appreciate the staff’s flexibility to accommodate early check-in and late check-in for a price.

Our stay was exceptional. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel was central to all Bellavista has to offer.
