Cute Cottage

This cute older home is in a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from Lake Chicot. It was just what my husband and I were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The house was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the sun rise over Lake Chicot. Occasionally, we have had trouble with older homes having an "old house smell", but this house smelled fine. The only issue we had was that the air conditioners were a little loud-similar to what you would find in a hotel room. Overall, this was a great place for us to stay.

We were passing though so we had a one night stay. Tonda communicated clearly and quickly. The house was as described and expected. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, the rooms spacious with open living plan. There is a nice long walking trail along side the lake located just across a lightly traveled road. Enjoy watching the sun rise over Lake Chicot from the front porch!
