The Back yard has a fire pit, hot tub and BRAND NEW DOCK!Ready for outdoor games? We have ping pong, corn hole, ladder toss and foosball. Just wanna relax? Enjoy the lake views from the lawn. Have your cameras ready, water front has lots of active wildlife…turtles, otters, great selection of birds! Walking distance to a choice of Mexican food, Thai and American. 1 mile to local downtown with many shop’s. 3 nearby casinos. Best bass fishing in California! Wine tasting from some of the most fabulous wineries and so much more! This house is on the water and includes a hot tub with no fence around it. You are responsible for the safety of anybody on the property who isn't able to swim. We do not provide life jackets for you or your guests.

We really enjoyed staying here! The highlights for us were the very nice boat dock and well decorated and overall very clean indoor area. Also, the backyard was well equipped with fun activities like a ping pong table, hot tub annd more. The views from the house, especially the balcony were beautiful! Hope to come back soon!

If you are looking for a relaxing trip on Clear Lake this spot is perfect. Host is excellent and the property has everything you’ll need. Plenty of fun for the whole family and we even caught some bass right off the dock. Highly recommend!!

Great family vacation

We had a great time staying at the house. We mostly just stayed at the house as there were plenty of activities to do. Caught 3 bass right from the backyard. Would come back again!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6 adults (parents and college aged kids). Everyone had plenty of space. The location was beautiful, right on the lake, and the house was fully stocked with everything you could ask for- inside and out! The property was clean and communication with our host Brandi was easy and quick! We loved it and will certainly be back!

Spacious, thoughtful, clean

The host has thought of and provided so much to make any stay great. The bones of the house allowed for ample space and easy organization. The host maximized the furniture without overcrowding any of the rooms. There were many empty closets and cabinets to put away everything we brought. The backyard was so well stocked with things to entertain and plenty of seats. Check-in was a snap, WiFi never failed, AC was strong, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The small bottles of water and the mints on the nightstands were a nice touch. Thank you!

Family getaway!

We stayed here for a week with my family of 9. All ages. We had plenty of room and lots to do! This house was extremely clean and we felt very welcome and at home! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and lots of little extra touches! We all had such an amazing time! Lots of yard games, bonfires, hot tub, and fishing!! This is a perfect spot for those who love to fish! There has been a new dock added that extends over the water and it adds so much more to this property. It is very safe and well built. We had no complaints! Definitely one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at!

A weekend gateway

The house is as described - fully equipped with outdoor activities and a beautiful view of the lake. There is a dock on the side if you want to bring your kayaks. Also, great spot for fishing. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for the stay. Loved the great additions like the mini fridge outside and solo stove. The AC was set to a great temperature, the check-in was seamless. I'd stay there again and recommend to friends. A note that we did not leave the premises - only to grocery shop.

Discovering Clear Lake

This was our first stay at Clear Lake area. This house was beautiful, well equipped, comfortable and right on the water. The outdoor area is spacious and has amazing views, and plenty of shade for hot summer days. We rented a boat and had the lake to ourselves. This is a great find!

Everything you want - including a view

If you're looking for a place to wake up to whether you've been partying, sunbathing, hiking nearby or spending time on the water - I guarantee you'll look forward to waking up here and if you make the sunrise - the purple mountains will be waiting for you. Carol will make you feel at home before you even arrive and make you want to come again. Beautiful Lake House

Myself and 9 friends rented this house for NYE weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful, on the lake, and has tons of activities and furniture with great views. Everything was clean, functional, and as advertised. The house was beautiful and the lakeviews were fantastic. Bob's 40th Celebration

Everyone in our group was in love with CJ's place; it was beyond our expectations. There are many awesome attributes to this property that I could relate but will stick to the best parts: the view was incredible, right on the lake; the layout is incredible; the amenities were great. However the aspect that I found the best was a kind of masculine base with a "perfect" women's touch. The furnishings were clean, beautiful and the wall hangings were great and provocative. I highly recommend this property. And last but not least "CJ" was awesome, provided accurate and timely info. Our time there was short but provided us with life long memories!! Bill

I needed a cup of coffee and clear head for this one

This is one of those reviews where I want to make sure I've had coffee, sitting in a quiet place, and ready to write an essay of the best things I can say. CJ is the best host I've had, and I travel a lot. She felt more like a long time friend that you reach out to to ask if you can stay at their place and they're like '' Yeah of course! Dude just let me know when and for how long, and I'll make sure you're all set up!!'' From the first message, to the texting conversations, she was so so so nice. Now about the place.. Book this place while you can, because right now it is a STEAL. This is the nicest Rental I've stayed at in California. The pictures do not do this place justice. You have every amenity you could possibly need for a weekend getaway with friends and family, and more. We had a party of 10 and there was so much to do we kept losing track of where everyone was. No shortage of things to spend your time on. The sunrise and sunset views from this place are unbelievable. If you're choosing from places to stay in the northern California area, and this is one of the options.. Put it at the top of your list. This spot will start getting pre-booked weeks and months in advance once people start finding out about it. I'm already planning my return trip :)

Family reunion

This house could not have been more perfect. We loved the open concept main floor with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Bedrooms were all very nice with tasteful decor and comfortable, quality bedding. The outdoor area was over the top! Coming from Seattle and Alaska we thoroughly enjoyed the large outdoor area and were able to accommodate our large group of family for barbecue, yard games and card games. We loved being on the Lake and centrally located to amenities. Brandi is very thoughtful and was super accommodating. She was readily available if we needed anything or had any questions. We definitely recommend this this property!

Awesome Spot on the Lake

This place was great for our weekend trip. The place is clean and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, all the kitchen items, a bonus speaker that we took outside to the patio). There are also lots of fun perks on the back patio (hot tub, hammocks, lawn games). Communication with the host was easy and prompt as well.

Remains the best Rental in Northern California

I've stayed here twice now and it's safe to say I'll be booking my third trip in the near future. Our group of friends is between 8 and 10 and this place has absolutely everything you need for day, night, lounging, and fun activities. Brandi took over from CJ but I can't compliment her enough and what an outstanding host she is. Immediate replies and always willing to take the extra step. Book this place for your next weekend getaway before it gets completely booked!!!!!
