Amazing stay in this cabin!

The property was amazing. Billy creek was just right in the back with just a short 3 min walk. House was fairly clean, heat was great, along with all of the other amenities. The property manager was great at responding through via text and call. Fire place was also great.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

My partner and I had the best weekend in Pinetop at this lovely home. It’s in a great neighborhood, right in the middle of town. We used the outdoor grill and fire pit, and loved sitting on the back porch. We will definitely be back.

This was such a refreshing place to be! We loved the back porch and access to the trail by the creek! What a wonderful place to relax and escape the Phoenix heat!!

Pretty view and outdoor space

The cabin is as pictured and described. The outdoor patio and fire pit are comfortable and enjoyable. Inside is a bit cluttered as others have mentioned. Communications were answered promptly. There were mice inside but I suppose that is usual in the woods.

Special Visit to Pinetop!

We enjoyed our recent visit to Pinetop, AZ, and stay in the Creekside Cabin. The cabin sits in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood. The yard has been carefully maintained with native trees and plants. We found the cabin to be very clean and accommodating. The open plan living-dining and kitchen area was comfortable; we enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace each morning to take the chill away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked for our every need. The covered deck was amazing and we enjoyed the fair weather every day we were there. The overlook to Billy Creek below was wonderful as was the walk along the creek. We certainly look forward to our next visit! Thank you to the host/manager and owners!

Loved the location and cabin

Just as you see it. Great secluded lot in a quiet and heavily wooded neighborhood. Very close to Pinetop Brewery (which was our fave) and a Safeway for groceries. The only critique I had was when we showed up after dark, the check-in page had the incorrect code for the lock box. Luckily the property manager answered the first phone call so it wasn’t more than a 5-minute nuisance. Additionally, the wifi code on the check-in email was also incorrect. Both very minor issues that didn’t affect our stay, but why even have the automated check-in process if all the information on it is incorrect? Overall great place—I’d go again.

Check-in Issues but otherwise very nice

Property is very nice; especially back covered deck. Many nice amenities for the price. Well kept. Arrived and found entry code they gave us was 'old' which should never happen to a guest. Had to call management company to get the correct one. Same problem with WI-FI code. One provided to us in info email and same one listed on router was wrong. Management company told us where to find the correct one. Listing showed coffee maker and it had none. It had a Keurig, so we had to go out and buy a coffee maker since we brought coffee and filters. Could use a foot stool for the deck. Overall though, other than initial headaches, we really enjoyed the place and thought they did a nice job with it. Very quaint and back deck was excellent to hang out in. We would come back.

We had a lovely stay. The home is impeccably clean and comfortable. The location is central and no more rhan 10 minutes to any of the shops and restaurants. The back porch was even more beautiful and peaceful than in the pictures.

Kitchen has everything you need. The back patio and the close hiking path was a treat. Only issue we had was the front lock(hard to open). I recommend this as a really good place to stay.

Creekside cabin was perfect for me and my wife. Very cozy and the cabin had everything we needed. The outside deck in the back overlooking the creek and pine trees was an amazing view! Communication with the host was 10/10! We'll definitely stay again!
