Vibey😎Pool House🏡 ModernFarmhouse 1700sqft + View🌄
Come and relax as this home gives you the open concept, views, and coziness we all desire when you're on vacation. It is the perfect location, right off of San Diego's main freeway with options to drive to the beach, mountains, or desert. The backyard is an oasis that you can enjoy during the day and at night with our splash pool that easily heats into an extra large jetted hot tub with waterfall. Enjoy the view from inside with floor to ceiling windows or outside with plenty of seating.
The space
We created a space for all. If you’re here with friends or here for a more intimate refresh. The open concept and beautiful views really capture everything you desire when on vacation. With 1667 sqft of house and an oasis backyard you can’t go wrong. Shuffle board, corn hole, giant jenga, and more games we offer to kick your vacation off right!
Guest access
We offer space for 3 vehicles only. There is a drive way on the left side and right side of the house. Please park vehicles on the left driveway. Our right driveway is for our tenants in our detached back house. DO NOT PARK ON PRIVATE ROAD. At the end of the road it turns into a private road. Our home is the first house on the left of the private road. YOU CAN NOT PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STREET OF PRIVATE ROAD— YOU WILL GET TOWED. You may park on the street before it turns into the private road.
Other things to note
All sofas in home are futons that turn into full sized beds. You must unzip back of couch and the legs fold out to turn into a sturdy bed.
The pool remote must to brought inside over night and when checking out. The remote is only water resistant NOT water proof. Remote is a $800 fine if damaged or lost!
