Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex. Kitchen remodeled 3 years ago with new cabinets, stainless range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Laminate flooring throughout. Utility room has washer and dryer. Furnishings include couch, side chairs, smart TV, dining set, beds, side tables, lamps, bedding, towels, dishes, pots/pans, microwave, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, iron, etc. If you need something, we will try to get it for you! Home has a small yard with lots of shade trees and the deer love to visit (Yes, Lakeview is way out west!) Utilities included are water, sewer, trash, internet. The only thing tenant needs to arrange is electricity or we can include electricity with additional terms. Located near high school with a track to walk around & public tennis courts. Walking distance to downtown, parks and nature hiking trails.
