"This property and our vacation in the Shuswap was everything we had been looking for when we booked this trip almost a year ago. We were a large party (13 people plus a dog) and you never know until you arrive if everyone is going to find a comfortable place to sleep. This house provided a comfortable place for everyone without feeling crowded. The house also had everything you could ask for in a lake side home: kayaks, paddleboards, a canoe, etc. The dock and waterfront are easily accessible from the home. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking for a big group and the house is located within a 5 minute drive to a market for emergency food needs and adult beverages.Jody and Stephen were awesome hosts. Easy to communicate with, always available to answer your questions and made recommendations of places to visit in the area for a group that had never been to this spot previously. We can't wait to visit this home and this area again!"

"Five stars across the board! The owner was very responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. The property was beautiful and well maintained, the modern house was clean and bright and the rustic cabin was charming and comfortable. We found the rustic cabin stays a little cooler, while the upstairs room in the modern house get quite warm in 33C weather (but that was to be expected so no complaints about that), there were fans for every room, which helped. The beds in the modern house were extremely comfortable (I didn't try the beds in the rustic so can't speak to them). The furniture in both houses looked nice and was comfortable. The houses aren't connected from the inside but the decks connect for a quick and easy way to get from one to another. The property was well stocked indoors and out, from the kitchen staples (oil, vinegar and plenty of spices), to bedding, blankets and towels, to outdoor games, umbrellas (needed in the heat!), outdoor seating and water equipment (paddle boards etc.). The kids thoroughly enjoyed the floating platform with the slide and diving boards - it was well used! We had 13 people in our group aged 10 - 77 and there was plenty of space for everyone, we never felt crowded. We were lucky to have an early morning visit from a family of otters that played on the dock for a while - a highlight for those of our group who observed it! The farmers market at the nearby community hall was beyond our expectations. Would we return? YES! Without a doubt!"

"We had such an amazing stay at this cottage in Blind Bay. It was honestly even better than the pictures, which is rare! The cottage is beautiful, cozy, and feels like a little piece of paradise.The porch and view were our favourite parts. It was such a peaceful spot to sit, relax, and take in the scenery. The setting is absolutely idyllic, with the most beautiful garden surrounding the cottage. It truly felt like something out of a dream.The owners have done such a great job making sure you have everything you could possibly need during your stay. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Communication with the owners was also excellent. They were quick to respond and made everything easy.The location was perfect too. It’s close to Sandy Beach, which was a beautiful place to spend time, and also conveniently located near amenities like the grocery store and ice cream shops.We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the lovely manager. The homemade chocolate, wine, and fresh flowers from the garden were such a sweet welcome and made the stay feel extra special.We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting. We would love to come back!"
