"Great staff clesn quite room"

"It was a surprisingly clean and pleasent place to stay - a little bit out of Ballarat but a lot cheaper then some of the places in the city center - and as we were Rogaining nearby, a perfect place to stay - will be going back!"

"Very good experience, will book again."

"TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family."

"Clean room, courteous staff, parking OK, quiet surrounds, convenient location"
