Hôtel correct : chambre spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue. Le spa est agréable et le restaurant correct. Le personnel est sympa. Mais gros point négatif : même en payant plusieurs nuits, le service n’est assuré qu’une seule fois. Le lit est refait, mais rien d’autre : les produits de toilette, le café, le sucre ne sont pas renouvelés, et ce que vous avez entamé n’est même pas jeté. C’est à vous de le faire. Et surtout, une fois la petite bouteille d’eau donnée le premier jour, vous n’en avez plus du tout pour les jours suivants. Pour un hôtel, c’est vraiment mesquin et ça gâche l’expérience. Enfin, la salle de sport n’en est pas vraiment une : matériel complètement obsolète, ultra bas de gamme et limite dangereux, avec à peine 20 % qui fonctionne. Il manque même les attaches pour sécuriser les poids sur les barres, et il n’y a même pas de barres simples à tenir en main. Bref, on ne peut strictement rien faire. Tout est laissé à l’abandon, sans musique, sans eau, sans serviettes… service minimum et franchement dangereux.

Estadia confortável, mas o ar condicionado do nosso apto nao funcinou. A principio disponibilizaram um apto no subsolo piso -2 em condicoes de pouca iluminação no quarto e cheirando a mofo e pedimos para mudar para a parte superior. O sistema de ar condicionado é muito antigo precisa ser melhorado. O servico de atendimento e restaurante sao muito bons.

El hotel está impecable, pero la hiper-organización del spa y piscinas, lo hacen poco práctico para su uso. No se puede regular y ordenar todo. Uno va allí a descansar y a hacer lo que le venga en gana cuando quiera, no paea hacer un tour organizado por el spa.

Estancia en hebreo buena. Un poco mosqueado porque en la reserva con media pensión en la app no se indicaba que las bebidas no estaban incluidas. En el spa nos pilló en obras y estaba todo un poco sucio en esa zona, creo que deberían cerrar ese servicio temporalmente mientras no acaben. Si se va con un bebé cómo nosotros, el horario para ir con el es muy reducido hay una hora especifica y no hay más. En general no está mal pero para ser un 4 estrellas superior deja un poco que desear...
