"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...

"We stayed a couple of days. It was a fabulous little place, very "Bavarian". A comfortable stay, the food was great and the hosts very friendly.... it snowed too :) "

"Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable. Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."

"Über die Anlage und Zimmer kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen. Meine Empfehlung: schaut genau hin, ich würde mich nicht auf Bilder verlassen. Ganz schlecht ist die Nummer - ätsch bätsch, gebucht ist gebucht, absagen kostet 100% von deinem Reisepreis. Es gibt Gründe, wie z.b. gesundheitliche Gründe da sollte man kulanter sein. Eine NICHT genutze Unterkunft verursacht zb. NULL Reinigungskosten etc. etc. Man hätte 50/50 machen können oder wenn seriös, einfach den Preis erstatten. Aber "hungrig...

"Good location and great staff."

"Pros: Das Appartement war sauber und genauso, wie es inseriert war. Die Kommunikation war einwandtfrei und freundlich, es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Mädels waren froh mit dem Pferdehof vor der Tür. Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Balkon war wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht viel Platz benötigt. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und für die Kids gab es sogar eine kleine Überraschung."

Der Winterdienst auf dem Gelände ließ zeitweise zu wünschen übrig."
