We offer a 180 m² house on 3 levels composed of a large living room/dining room opening onto the terrace from where you can fully enjoy the stunning views over the valley of Enchenberg and a very well fitted contemporary kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, double door refrigerator, micro-wave, convection oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, steam cooker, etc.) On the ground floor there is also a toilet as well as a small laundry room in which there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer at your disposal. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms equipped with beds and a bathroom, a shower room and a toilet.
Finally, the second floor is composed of a bedroom with 2 single beds and a reading area.
With the atmosphere of the house, you will immediately make yourself comfortable, you will feel at home in this old family house!
You can enjoy 120 channels thanks to the optical fibre connection as well as multiple radio stations. However, if you don’t find what you are looking for in the television programmes, a DVD player is at your disposal. You will also boast of the free Wi-Fi Internet connexion via the optical fibre.
The terrace overlooking the garden is covered on 3 sides and boasts of a manual blind to fully enjoy the calmness of the countryside and the wonderful views of the surrounding woods.
