Large family house at 230m from the beach!

Classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation, this former family home continues to be beautified! Ideally located 230m from the wild beach of Jospinet, it will be perfect for your holidays. Its little extra? Its large wooded area and the view! The billiards, table football, ping-pong table, but also the trampoline, swing, and multiple ball or racket games will surely offer you unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its wooded park overlooking a pleasant forest path, its immediate access to the coastal hiking trail and its proximity to the beach, everything in this house is designed so that you only want one thing: to enjoy! And if you feel like having a seafood platter delivered, you have a mussel farmer right next door. It can be a bit noisy, but it's worth it for the freshness of the products!



On the ground floor, the independent kitchen, equipped with induction hobs and fitted with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, as well as a kettle and various accessories, offers a practical and functional space. The spacious living-dining room, with an unobstructed sea view, invites you to share a warm and friendly moment in front of the rotating wood stove. To relax, a television, a DVD player and a wifi connection are available. You will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, accompanied by its independent shower room and WC.

Accessible from the living room, the family suite is equipped with a double bed and a single bed overlooking the park with a private terrace, as well as a large king-size bed in a mezzanine with an unobstructed sea view. A shower room with a double washbasin and independent WCs upstairs and downstairs complete this comfortable space.

Upstairs, the occupants will discover two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with three single beds and a small additional bed, then you will find another room with a 120 cm double bed, giving access to the games room (table football and billiards), and finally a small room equipped with baby furniture (bed, high chair, bathtub). A shower room with WC completes this floor.



In the basement, the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board with iron, gas hob, freezer, deep fryer, bread maker and crêpe maker ensures maximum comfort and convenience. In the garage with motorised door, you will find a ping-pong table and various outdoor games for sunny days.

Finally, the property has a large veranda offering a panoramic view of the magnificent tree-lined park, three terraces with garden furniture to enjoy meals outdoors, a barbecue for family or friends grilling and numerous outdoor parking spaces for the comfort of the occupants.
