Nestled in the countryside just minutes from Lamballe and the stunning beaches of the Côte de Penthièvre, it is the perfect base for exploring the Côtes-d'Armor while enjoying the peace and quiet.

Make the most of the garden, terrace, and comfortable living areas to share great meals, unwind, or simply soak up the tranquil atmosphere. Everything is set up for your comfort: bed linen and towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, private parking, and plenty of amenities to make you feel right at home.

Picture yourself sipping coffee on the terrace, heading out to explore Cap d'Erquy, Val-André, Saint-Brieuc, or Dinan, and then returning to share a meal cooked on the plancha or enjoy drinks in the garden before a relaxing evening.

To ensure everyone enjoys the property to the fullest, we simply ask that you observe a few house rules:
• no smoking inside the house;
• parties and loud gatherings are not permitted, though quality time with family and friends is certainly welcome;
• please be respectful of the neighbors, the property, and the amenities.

To preserve the neighborhood's tranquility, the house is equipped with a noise monitor. It does not record conversations; it only measures sound levels to prevent noise disturbances.
