  • Offers for 5 non-smoking adults, an apartment type F4, downstairs of 100 m² with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with two shower rooms, one of which adjoins the third bedroom. The tenant can have the swimming pool, the garden and a parking lot that can accommodate 2 cars in complete peace of mind. The land is fenced. The fully equipped apartment has internet connection, orange TV and telephone. The linen is provided. Close to the main economic centers of the island, you will be 15 minutes from Pointe à Pitre and 20 minutes from the airport. The area is very quiet and 5 minutes from the thermal center of Ravine hot. All the beaches of the island are quickly accessible.
