"The property is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful and truly want to help you, especially Hassan the golf manager who arranges golf rounds at the nearby golf club. He went out of his way to make sure my husband was taken care of and listened to all concerns. Hassan was an honest man and truly wanted to make sure the experience was enjoyable and went out of his way to help us. Cleaning of the showers could be better but that is my only complaint. "

"This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. This was our first time in Morocco and thanks to this experience it won't be the last. Thank you to the Sol team."

"Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you ALL again sooner than later :) "

"Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay."
