Our 1920’s cottage is the ultimate private entertaining retreat. Modernized to fit our 21st century lifestyles with a nod to the original finishes of a time gone by. Some key millwork is proudly on display and preserved in all its glory.

Perfect for families in for a wedding, or attending one of the many iconic town events like Spring Ho, Hunter’s Weekend, Lampasas Rodeo, or Carol of Lights. Experience the many vineyards, antiques & thrift, eateries, famous sulphur springs natural pool, 18 hole golf course, local murals, sculpture gardens, nature walks, many parks, museums and spas.We also added a whole house R/O water filtration system, pool, hot tub and "Zen Cabana" with fitness equipment, yoga platform, library & massage chair.

The space:
We welcome you to our spacious home with the convenience of being just a short drive, walk or Uber ride to the Downtown Square. Sleeping 6, our home offers the space for your group to enjoy your time in Lampasas.
Historic fireplace mantle for memorable picture taking in the living room. A beautifully designed touch living room with plenty of games, books and large TV w/high speed internet opening up to the formal dining room that also serves as a poker table. A chef’s brand new kitchen with a full service bar and plenty of outdoor entertaining. We even have a doggie door and kennel for you pet owners (restrictions apply).

The primary bedroom has its own private deck seating area and entry, with a Tempur-Pedic king size bed,Smart tv and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower & body massage spray and a hand held wand and bidet. The quiet sanctuary of the Queen bedroom offers a tranquil nights sleep with Tempur-Pedic queen bed and pillows, tv and gun safe. The Blue room has a super comfy daybed, plus a luxury queen sized blow up mattress for extra guests and features a rustic cedar closet and a toy box.

Guest bath features a soaking tub, with a shower fixture that offers a rain shower, waterfall, hand held shower wand or body spray features.

Step outside in the backyard and find a gathering pit, solo stove/firepit, additional seating, charcoal grill, hot tub, pool and a fitness room we call "The Zen Cabana". it features a yoga platform, massage chair, dumbbells, and a library for your entertainment.
Or you could choose to sit out on the front porch or dine under the pecan trees.
The garage is not available for guests, but the driveway will accommodate a trailer, and two to four cars easily. You may park along the street on Spring and 2nd street as well.

Guest access:
The whole house and outdoor spaces except for the garage and potter's shed.
