"The hotel has recently had a renovation and oh my what a result. The room we had was a cosy sea view room. It had everything we needed and more. It was 27C the day we stayed so the air-con was very welcomed indeed! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is in an old building with a lot of character. Our room was spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant available on the dinner menu was reasonably priced and of good quality. Parking was easy with plenty of parking spaces available. The only downside is that the furniture, carpets, room doors, wallpaper etc. date back to late seventies/early eighties. Hence a refurbishment of rooms would be a good idea. "

"Having red previous reviews, I was a little concerned about my stay. But I’m not too sure where these previous reviewer stayed, but my day was amazing. The room was amazing, Wallroom, very spacious very modern very well decorated. In the courtyard on the ground floor so access to some outdoor seating. "

"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. I also ate in the hotel for the Saturday evening and was made to feel very welcome and at ease as a solo traveller. The food was nothing short of AMAZING! All in all, a lovely stay"
