"Hotel room was nice and clean. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed playing in it and in the playground. The downside was the staff were very abrupt never told us were any of the facilities were. You had to choose your breakfast the night before and it mainly consisted of cakes and pastries. The only savoury items were eggs and salami. If you wanted dinner you also had to choose what you wanted in advance. "

"If you want to do Florence but don't want the hustle and bustle of the city, and don't mind a train journey this place is perfect! I picked this hotel as wanted somewhere nice and quiet but accessible for Florence and Pisa, and the photos and reviews of others guests tempted us. I am so glad we did too :) The hotel was nice and has that interesting lift, and our room had a view that provided, as the name of the hotel says, a 'beautiful view'. "Another Gem we found. Super friendly staff, beautiful location, incredible view, cute room w balcony, great food at restaurant and nice breakfast buffet. But make sure to make reservatiins at any restaurant in this area for a Saturday night. Don't miss the porterhouse steak in the restaurant across the street. Pool area and terrasse is amazing. Highly recommend this place off the beaten path. 1 hour to each Pisa and Florence from here. "

"We love to stay here when we are in Florence. The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious and is served in the most magnificent dining room. Best of all are all the staff who are friendly and go out of their way to be charming and to help in any way they can. Thank you again; we will, of course, return soon."
