"breakfast is the weak point of the hotel….the staff in anoraks and hoods with masks is not very welcoming…the synthetic drinks (orange!!!!) are undrinkable….the banana fruits are given with parsimonious and almost rotten….the time range, end of service at 9 a.m., is too small otherwise the perfect room and the staff have a friendly welcome"

"Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."

"Uncomfortable bed. Could feel metal wires & they did not give us any linen sheet to sleep with? We were given a thin polyester “quilt” that was not warm at all. I assume this was some type of mistake as the other reviews didn’t mention anything about bad beds. Room was clean, location is good and staff are nice, i just wished they had better sleeping arrangements for a hotel."

"Sin más. La habitación, pese a su lujo aparente, tenía un importante olor a humedad y me encontré insectos pequeños corriendo por las paredes y en el baño. La oferta alrededor del hotel es escasa. El único punto positivo es que fueron muy eficaces gestionándome un transporte de la isla a tierra firme para que pudiera salir antes de que llegara el monzón. "
