Absolutely disgusting. I don’t even know how this place is still running. My bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Everything in my room was dirty. Stains all over the sheets. FOOD IN THE FRIDGE. And the people in the room next door have a Pitbull roaming around. Health department should be all over this.

The property had a funky smell in which I went to a store to get Lysol spray to spray the room and bed down. When we came in at 9:30 pm we seen roaches(2) walking down the door across the hall from our room. Also the toilet seat wasn't the correct size (much smaller) then the toilet. This proprty also had people that was living there I'm gathering it was also a subsidized residence due to there was a lot of rooms that had stuff on their inside window seals. I wasn't informed of this nor did the website indicate this. There were dogs living there as well. We decided to check out around 9:30 pm (after our event) to make sure there weren't any roaches traveling back to our home. I was told to call Expedia on Monday to get a refund due to only the night manager had to decide if we could get a refund or not. I would definitely appreciate to have this bookong refunded.

It was an appalling experience. The hallways were dirty and smelling of smoke. Everything in the room smelt of smoke even though they were non smoking rooms. There were cockroaches on the floor in the room. The towels were old. Couldn’t sleep at night because of so much noise and fighting in the adjacent rooms and the hallways. It was like a detention camp sorry!!! Never again

Roach Motel
At about 10:30pm my son said there was a cockroach in the bathroom by the light (video). I went to the front desk to ask for a new room and was told there was no available room. He then gave me a can of Raid roach spray. I sprayed the roach and then returned the can to the desk. Since we were 3 hours from home I decided we would just try and get through the night. About 20 minutes later my other son started yelling there was another roach on the floor and when I turned the lights on it scurried under one of the beds. He then went to the bathroom and there was one on the toilet that went behind the toilet. I told them to pack their stuff and when my son was checking the bed for any clothes we found a dead one in his bed. At that point we had no choice but to drive 3 hours home at midnight because there were multiple competitions and events in town and we couldn’t get a room elsewhere

Cockroaches!
There were several issues. The lock on the main door was broken. There were stains throughout the room. And to top is all off, there were cockroaches in the room. When we went to talk to the night attendant, he basically told us since we had been checked in for 6 hours, we wouldn’t be refunded. What?! We put our bags in the room and left again! We were on a trip, we didn’t come to visit your lousy room. Red Roof needs to do better. We ended up driving home and not staying.

Staff was friendly. The room was outdated, kind of smelly, and dirty. The top of the mini fridge had so much dirt, grime, and crumbs on it. The bathroom shower curtain was so nasty it stuck together. Disgusted from the moment I walked in the room. It was Christmas eve so I didn't have other options. The Notch on the upper lock was gone so I was uncomfortable worried someone could get in my room. 2nd night my daughter came to join me and woke up with over a dozen bites all over her body. I pulled back the covers and found a gigantic blood stain on the mattress covered by a protector. I was looking for bedbugs and yes I found those too. I requested to talk to the manager upon check out but never got the call. I would give this location the absolute worst rating available. If I brought home bedbugs I will contact an attorney for sure.

Not what we expected from a Red Roof Inn
This was a very disappointing stay. The service was friendly and hospitable but that is where the positives end. We stayed in the short, small building on the side of the main building. The carpet was dirty and worn. The room, was big and spacious but the heater didnt work and was loud. We felt weird and a little freaked out as there was one chair was in a corner, a desk chair with no desk...just a chair. There were no extra blankets or pillows, and the pillows (hard) and beds were not very confortable. There were only 2 shower towels in a room reserved for 4 and no toilet paper holder, just a roll on the back of the toilet. In addition, there was 1 bar of soap and a used shampoo bottle waiting for us. We had to go across the street to target to get toiletries. Then the bathroom. Not sure who stayed there before us but the amount of hair, of all types, on the floor, shower floor, and shower walls was disturbing. Was quite sickening and we had to get wipes to clean before we did anything in the bathroom. Not sure if the room was just missed but not very good. Just was a bad experience all together as it was difficult to sleep. We expected better!!

If you have an extra $50 stay anywhere else. A lot of vagrants and homeless people hanging out around the property. The rooms aren't very clean. The beds and sheets are clean but there's cobwebs on the ceilings.

This hotel is horrendous! We had German cockroaches in our room. There was so much dirt just pushed behind the bathroom door. I had to buy flip flops to wear in the room because my socks turned black. The bedding was stained, I was offered new sheets to change it myself. The tub had cigarette burns and the toilet had a black ring. We never had the room serviced in the 5 nights we were there. It appears this hotel houses people down on their luck. States non smoking but the smell lingers from years before. If we wouldn’t have lost our money we definitely would have moved on. We tried to stay out of the room as much as possible.

The room was not maintained very well and was dirty especially in the hallways and behind bathroom door. One half of romm contained only a small table and a ripped up office chair. The outlet box was dangling from the wall and appeared unsafe. The sheets had stains on them and the ac did not work.

Avoid this hotel, it's a rat hole. Is infected with cockroaches and smells. My wife and I checked in bud didn't stay because of that and they didn't refund what we paid. Horrible service and horrible place. Stay away.

The accessibility features in the room were great.Furniture & desk/table were badly placed & in poor condition. Mold on lamp shade & ceiling.. Smoking areas beside rooms, at entrances. The only two handicap spaces are at the front of the Inn, making getting in & out of room inconvenient. Nice staff overall and pet friendly.
