Every touchpoint with staff was exceptional — they consistently went above and beyond, always friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. Bravo to the management and team for maintaining such a positive and healthy work culture — something that can be difficult to achieve in the hospitality industry. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the choice of pillow firmness and the full duvet cover (instead of the usual two-sheet setup).
