I have stayed at two other Royalton resorts in the past and had positive experiences, so I did not think it was necessary to read reviews before booking. Unfortunately, I was greatly mistaken. I booked my stay along with five friends, who each reserved their own rooms. Out of all of us, I believe only two were satisfied with their accommodations. Considering the price we paid, the experience was far below expectations...."
