- Wanting a property close to the beach, café, shops and park then this property is for you. South Side features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and kitchen. Ideal for a family wanting a beach side holiday. Wake up in the morning and pop next door for your morning coffee or breakfast and take a stroll along the beach at sunset which is less than 100 metres away.
Please bring your own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request.
This property has a fully enclosed yard so the family pet can also join the fun.
There is also a washing machine at the property for use.
This property is ground floor accommodation only. Only Owners have access to the Top floor.
This property strictly sleeps 8. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property.
Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.
No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.
The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.
A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.
