"Our room was good value for the price and we appreciated the availability of an accessible room. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the pillows with different levels of softness. There were a few things to note: Bathroom tile floor is slippery when humid after showering and the shower floor surface doesn't have a non slip textured surface. The drapes on the left side appear to have some broken connectors and hang off the rod. There were used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker from previous room occupant. We had attended the concert at CMAC and returned to the hotel around 11:00 pm. We hadn't eaten since breakfast that morning and were hoping to find some place still open. Fortunately, your very helpful desk clerk directed us to the nearby McDonald's and Taco Bell that we were unaware of. So we were very happy for his information! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning and the staff member made sure there was plenty of hot food, waffle batter, etc. If we are again in the Canandaigua area, we would stay at this Comfort Inn again."

"I am handicapped and was very happy with my accessible room! Plus, the building itself was easy for us to get around in with me in a wheelchair or with a cane. Our room was very clean and beautifully designed. The accessible shower worked out great with the pull down seat and shower hose. We really enjoyed the walking paths by the beautiful lake, with the flowers and wildlife as well. We never had a problem getting a convenient handicap parking place. There are several available, which I've never seen anywhere else. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next excursion to Canandaigua Lake."

"The property was in a good location. Short distance to down town restaurants etc. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast included was not very good. If you are up for a bagel or muffin and some yogurt, no problem. The breakfast sandwiches were terrible. Overall, would stay there again and bring breakfast items with me or go out."
