Kappl 7 km from Ischgl: Comfortable apartment house "Höferau". In the resort, in a sunny position, 600 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Cable car 600 m, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school, sled run, cross country ski track 100 m, ice rink 7 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner has his own sports shop 100 metres away, where you get a 20% discount on ski rental.
2-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, combination microwave). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.

Uns hat die Lage und auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr nett und die Kommunikation super! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

WLAN war sehr stabil, guter Empfang in der gesamten Wohnung und mehr als schnell genug. Ein richtiger Access-Point mit Kabelverbindung macht's möglich! Wohnung ist groß, warm und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist geradezu luxuriös. Skibusse sind sehr gut, insbesondere nach Ischgl. Skiverleih Huber ist direkt nebenan und hat gute Preise.
