Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "regional" 700 m, railway station "Landeck" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake 600 m. Tennis 600 m, skisport facilities 900 m, ski bus stop 200 m, sled run, cross country ski track 15 km, ice rink 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Large terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. the property is only to be reached by the stairway.
