in advance and thus to the occasion of our stay. Unfortunately, the spa is only open from 15:00 to 17:00. We were a bit surprised that after a wonderful day in the mountains we could not enjoy the SPA. Regrettably, the conversation with the landlady was a bit rough. Unfortunately, the room with the "Gelsenkirchner Baroque" charm had a few flaws that left us with little to do with the four stars. Luckily the breakfast and outdoor area was just great. Thanks again to the service team that offered us not only an excellent breakfast but the usual Austrian friendliness. vorab und somit zum anlass unseres aufenthalts. Der Wellness bereich ist bedauerlicherweise nur von 15:00 bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet. Wir waren etwas überrascht das wir nach einem wunderschönen Tag in den Bergen nicht das SPA geniessen konnten. Bedauerlicherweise verlief das Gespräch mit der Wirtin etwas rupig. Das Zimmer mit dem "Gelsenkirchner Barock" charm hatte bedauerlicherweise ein paar mängel die uns en wenig an den vier sternen zweifen liesen. Glücklicherweise war das Frühstück und der Aussenbereich einfach nur toll. Herzlichen dank nochmal an der Service Team das uns nicht nur ein excelentes Frühstück sondern die gewohnte österreicische freundlichkeit offerierte.

Das Einzel-Zimmer unter dem Dach hat eine Dachschräge im Bad. Man kann am Waschbecken nicht aufrecht stehen. Es gibt nur einen Duschvorhang.

Zeer goed(honden) hotel

Het is een mooi hotel en zeker hond-vriendelijk. De honden waren overal welkom, zowel in het restaurant als aan het zwembad. Er is een leuke speelweide voor de honden. Het eten was fantastisch. Het hotel was ondanks de vele honden altijd heel proper!

Scho das dritte mal im Riederhof :)

Wir haben haben das Zimmer Tirol im zweitem Stock bewohnt welches auf der Poolseite gerichtet ist. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Zimmer wieder buchen. Erwähnenswert ist die Sauberkeit welches wir sehr wert legen. Täglich wurden die Betten und Handtücher liebevoll und kunstvoll "drappiert“. Lobenswert ist die Freundlichkeit der Reinigungsfrauen. Das Essen im Riederhof lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist vom allerfeinsten. Selten haben wir so lecker gegessen. Ob beim Frühstück oder Abendessen das Service Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und man wird immer mit einem lächeln begrüsst. Vor allem die Andrea ist eine wahre Perle und erfüllt den Gästen fast jeden Sonderwunsch. Auch die Hotelbetreiber Peter und Helga sind wunderbare Gastgeber und man fühlt sich bei Ihnen wie Zuhause. Sie sind mit Herzblut dabei und bemühen sich jedes Jahr die Gäste mit etwas neuem zu überraschen. Wie z.b das W-Lan war dieses Jahr ULTRASCHNELL ;) Toll war auch die neue Wasch-Anlage für die Hunde. Wir sind keine Wiederholungstäter und lieben die Abwechslung. Aber eins ist gewiss, wir fahren auch nächstes Jahr mit unserem Vierbeiner hin ☺

Hotel für Urlaub mit Hund super

Das gebuchte Zimmer war alt und runtergekommen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer konnte ich gegen Aufpreis wechseln. Das neue Zimmer war viel besser. Die Masseurinnen sind super. Das Essen ist ok. Es gibt viele Hotels, der gleichen Kategorie, deren Buffets und Abendmahlzeiten wesentlich besser sind. Die Rezeption ist gut. Wünsche und Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet und umgesetzt. Für Familien mit Hund definitiv zu empfehlen.

schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause! Das Personal ist zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren zum Ski-Urlaub dort und werden definitiv nochmal hin fahren. Es fährt unmittelbar vom Hotel ein Bus in das Ski-Gebiet Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis und nachmittags auch wieder zurück, somit kein Stress mit Parkplatz suchen oder ähnliches. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen! Und das Abendessen war einfach der Hammer, wir haben viele neue Gerichte kennengelernt!

das zweite mal im Riederhof <3

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal mit unserer französischen Bulldogge im Riederhof und wir werden auf jeden Fall noch ein drittes mal hinfahren. Normalerweise sind wir keine Wiederholungstäter. Aber in diesem Hotel fühlt man sich einfach wie Zuhause WOHL. Hervorzuheben ist das Servicepersonal und auch die Reinigungsfeen die man immer mit einem lächeln im Gesicht antrifft. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und mit allem nötigem ausgestattet. Hier kann man einfach nur abschalten und den Urlaub geniessen. Ob drinnen oder draussen.. hier kommt keine Langeweile auf. Das essen ist sensationell.. alles frisch und saisonal. Es wurde sogar auf meine laktose-intolleranz geachtet. Was ich auch toll finde ist, dass sie immer wieder was neues bringen wie eine Hundewasch-Station oder bald einen Hundeshop ;) Wir können allen Hundebesitzer dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Nicht nur ein ort der Entspannung sondern auch wo man tolle Freundschaften schliessen kann.

Falsche Angaben des Zimmers, zb. Flat TV dabei war es ein alter röhrenfernsehr. Jakusi, ? Meine Badewanne ist mehr Jakusi als dass.

Stop over

We visited this hotel for the first time in 2013, we found it quite by chance at the time the whole staff were welcoming and friendly, so when the opportunity came to go back we jumped at the chance. Guess what it was still a wonderfully great hotel with the same excellent owner and staff who by the way remembered us. My wife's only minor gripe was the mattress was a little hard.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel!

Our stay at Hotel Riederof was amazing. The room was a very comfortable size with all the amenities needed and service was top notch. We opted for the half board option and we were extremely impressed by the restaurant food! We were there for 5 nights and the dinners served were never the same. The spa was also amazing and there were a lot of areas around the hotel to relax and chill out. Would definitely recommend and stay at the same hotel should we head back to the same area.

We stayed 4 nights in a standard double room (Schwalbennesterl). The room was quite small and the sloping roof very low. So if you are above 1.7 cm high you cannot move straight, you need to bend all the time, in the shower too. The bed was comfortable but creaking a lot. The balkon was nice and comfortable. The shower well equiped and the cleaning service very good.The buffet breakfast was excellent, the massage very good and the spa area very nice and clean. Very good free wifi connection in the room too.Bus outside the hotel to get you to the skilifts.

Te lage kamer

Was een zolderkamertje waarbij de plafonds te laag waren zowel in de slaapkamer als in de badkamer, ik ben zelf 1.78 dus niet lang maar stootte regelmatig mijn hoofd. Badkamer is niet meer van deze tijd, erg klein met een douchegordijn. Ontbijt en bediening waren uitstekend, diner was erg goed maar zat niet in de prijs. Al met al, de prijskwaliteitverhouding was niet goed,

Trevligt, gästvänligt hotell nära alpanläggningarna i Serfaus/Fiss. Lungt läge. Hotellet hade program med gemensamma vandringar, möjligheter att packa utflyktsmat på morgonen. Hundvänligt!
