  • Contemporary house from 2015, modern with all the necessary comfort to spend a good vacation with family or friends.
    Located in the village of Landévennec you can visit the "Crozon Peninsula" and enjoy hiking, the beach, various nautical activities, fishing ...

    The house is very quiet, we have arranged the garden with games for your children.

    The house is fully equipped for 12 people with a living room, a large kitchen and each bedroom has its own bathroom.

We had a great holiday in Landevennec. The house is well equipped. The large garden is perfect for families with children. The hosts are welcoming and helpful - communication was easy. Crozon is a great place.

It is close to luxury. The kitchen is more then complete. The big garden is a good playground fpr children. You can start beautiful walks just from the house. Check in was easy and a warm welcome. Every single room has its own bathroom! Only disadvantage is the distance to the next supermarket 12 km.

Karine est une hôte au top, elle est accueillante et très à l’écoute, le gite est parfait, rien n’y manque, la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée, les chambres spacieuses et équipées d’une bonne literie avec 5 équipées de salle de bain c’est idéal. Il s’agit d’une maison moderne, très spacieuse (notre groupe de 9 amis s’y est vraiment senti à l’aise), avec tout le confort que l’on puisse espérer, située dans un endroit tranquille (en retrait de la route de Landévennec, de toute façon guère fréquentée) avec parking pour 4 voitures juste devant et grand terrain attenant derrière. Chaque couple disposait d’un vaste cabinet de toilette attenant à sa chambre.La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie est confortable. Toute la maison était extrêmement propre (je pense qu'elle l'est toujours !). La propriétaire Karine est une hôtesse très sympathique, souriante et discrète. Que demander de plus ? Grâce à cet hébergement nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à la découverte de la presqu’île de Crozon et de la Cornouaille, servis de plus par un temps certes variable mais le plus souvent ensoleillé, et ce « aux bons moments »…Merci Karine !

Het vakantiehuis is ruim en goed uitgerust. Ook de tuin is ruim en een plezier voor kinderen. De ligging is rustig, met veel mooie plekken in de buurt. Goede uitvalsbasis om de rest van het schiereiland te verkennen. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf daar!

Einfach zur Ruhe kommen...

...das kann man in diesem Haus / dieser Umgebung bestens. Ab vom Trubel - den man in verschiedene Richtungen in 30 Minuten erreichen kann - den Naturpark genießen. Oder einfach im Garten unter den Bäumen in der Hängematte schaukeln. Das Haus selbst ist modern und geräumig. Es hält alles vor, was 12 Personen so brauchen. Und wenn es mal der schnelle Café mit guter Aussicht sein soll: einfach über die Straßenseite zur MerMade wechseln.

Mooie woning

Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, er zijn wel enkele puntjes voor verbetering vatbaar zoals de zitruimte. De zetels zin zéér oncomfortabel en niet voldoende zitplaats voor 11 personen. Een 2de frigo zou ook gewenst zijn. Verder een zéér mooie en ruime woning. een aanrader
