This quiet and sunny, recent residence (2000s), 4 floors without elevator is located near the slopes, and about ten minutes walking from shops. There is a shuttle stop nearby and possibility to take a pedestrian path to reach the heart station faster.
The access with vehicle is possible in front of the residence to unload and it is then necessary to park along the road (free communal places).

Large and comfortable 85m² duplex and west facing.
On the first floor of a small residence located 50m from a slope and 5 minutes walk from shops, this apartment is rented for 8 to 10 people.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom equipped with twins beds, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a kitchen open to a large living room.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, an bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed, a shower room with toilet and washing machine.

The balcony, accessible from the living room, is west facing and offers a nice view of the valley and the mountains.

Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge + freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob. Television. Washing machine.
Rented with a ski locker.

Beds: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2x 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 pullout bed, 1 sofa bed.

Sanitary: a bathroom with bathtub, 1 separate toilet, a shower room with WC.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the possibility to book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You recover the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
